The project combines individual autonomy with shared resources. Each unit has its own solar power plant, battery system and inverter, while the central building enables the sharing of excess energy through the microgrid system. The central building includes a community lounge space with bar, billiard table, table tennis and sauna for gathering and recreation. Pedestrian paths connect all units, and green zones (~2,500 m²), outdoor fitness and children's playground make the village a complete living space. The result is high efficiency, stability and quality of life for the entire community.
